The $2,500 Beginners’ Races promotion will run from 00:00 GMT on 14th June 2010 until 23:59 GMT on 6th February 2011. The promotion has fortnightly qualifying periods which will run from 00:00 GMT on every second Monday, starting with 14th June 2010, until 23:59 GMT a week the following Sunday, starting with 27th June 2010.
Each qualifying period has a $2,500 prize-pool.
All players new to Poker at bet365 are eligible to participate in the $2,500 Beginners’ Races for a total of five qualifying periods. This comprises the ongoing qualifying period during which the player creates their account and the four subsequent periods.
In order to claim any prize for which they qualify during any qualifying period for which they are eligible, players must opt in before the end of that period. Any player who opts in during any qualifying period may claim any prize for which they qualify during all subsequent periods for which they are eligible. It is only necessary to opt in once.
The rankings for the $2,500 Beginners’ Races are based on the accumulation of Raked Hands.
Raked Hands are awarded to each player who contributed chips to the pot in a real money hand from which rake was taken.
Raked Hands played at all USD, GBP and EUR real money cash tables with respective maximum table stakes of $0.25/$0.50, £0.25/£0.50 and €0.25/€0.50 will count towards this promotion.
For each qualifying period, $2,500 Beginners’ Races winners who have opted in will receive prize-money in accordance with the table given above by 23:59 GMT on the Monday following the relevant period.
A maximum of one prize amount will be credited per player as a result of each qualifying period.
Should two or more players in paid positions on any final leaderboard finish with a tied number of Raked Hands, all players involved will be issued with an average amount of the prize-money available to the positions in question.
Any prize/bonus amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency multiplier table as determined at the sole discretion of bet365.
Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition bet365 reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
All bet365 offers are intended for recreational players and bet365 may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, neteller etc), and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace.
