1. The Casino Games Cashback promotion will run from 00:00 GMT until 23:59 GMT on each qualifying Sunday. Each consecutive Sunday from 5th September 2010 until 26th September 2010 is a qualifying Sunday.
2. All bet365 players are eligible to participate in Casino Games Cashback. In order to claim any bonus for which they qualify, players must have made any deposit/transfer to Poker and must opt in by 23:59 GMT on the relevant qualifying Sunday. Any player who opts in either on or prior to any qualifying Sunday is automatically opted in to all subsequent qualifying Sundays as stated above. It is only necessary to opt in once.
3. In order to qualify for a bonus as a result of Casino Games Cashback, players must, on the relevant qualifying Sunday, have a minimum of $100 taken by the House as a result of their play on the casino games accessed from within the poker lobby.
4. Qualifying players have the option to either accept or decline their bonus. Should a player decline their bonus, under no circumstances may it be credited subsequently.
5. The casino games balance of qualified players who have accepted their bonus will be credited with a bonus amount by 23:59 GMT on the Monday subsequent to the relevant qualifying Sunday. The bonus amount is equal to 10% of the amount taken by the House as a result of the player’s play on the relevant qualifying Sunday.
6. As a result of any qualifying Sunday, a maximum bonus amount of $100 can be credited to the casino games balance of any individual player.
7. In order to release the bonus amount to their Poker balance, players must meet the following requirement subsequent to the bonus amount being credited: wager a minimum sum on the casino games accessed from within the poker lobby equal to 20 times the bonus amount. Having been released, the bonus amount is available for casino games play, poker play, transfer and withdrawal.
8. Prior to being released, the bonus amount will appear only in the player’s casino games balance. Any casino games wagers during this period will be made using any funds in the player’s Poker balance. The bonus amount may only be wagered on casino games when the player’s Poker balance is zero.
9. Any bonus amount must be released within six days of being credited. After this time all bonus amounts will expire.
10. Only play on the casino games accessed from within the poker lobby counts towards qualification for Casino Games Cashback and the release of bonuses credited as a result of Casino Games Cashback. Play on any other bet365 games does not count.
11. Only one bonus amount will be credited to the casino games balance of any player as a result of any individual qualifying Sunday.
12. The casino games balance is the figure displayed under Current Balance when any casino game is launched from within the poker lobby.
13. Where any bonus amount is credited in a currency other than USD, that amount shall be calculated according to a currency multiplier table as determined solely by bet365. All above references to monetary amounts are subject to the same calculation.
14. This promotion is available to genuine players only. Any players who attempt to abuse the promotion in whatever manner may be removed from the promotion. For bet365 to make such a determination is at their absolute discretion.
15. Where a player's account is frozen or they are excluded from the poker room for whatever reason, the player will be removed from all aspects of this promotion and any Merit Points, VIP Rewards, Tournament Tokens, bonuses or offers will be forfeit.
16. bet365 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion in its sole discretion.
