1. The Guaranteed Bonus Tuesdays promotion will run from 00:00 GMT on 7th September 2010 until 23:59 GMT on 5th October 2010. During this period there are four qualifying Tuesdays which are 7th September, 14th September, 21st September and 28th September 2010.
2. All bet365 players are eligible to participate in Guaranteed Bonus Tuesdays. In order to claim any Bonus Dollars for which they qualify, players must opt in by 23:59 GMT on the relevant qualifying Tuesday. Any player who opts in either on or prior to any qualifying Tuesday is automatically opted in to all subsequent qualifying Tuesdays. It is only necessary to opt in once.
3. In order to qualify for Bonus Dollars as a result of Guaranteed Bonus Tuesdays, players must meet one of the following requirements during the period from 00:00 GMT until 23:59 GMT on any qualifying Tuesday: either participate in a minimum of 50 Raked Hands or participate in a minimum of five real money tournaments (Scheduled tournaments and/or Sit & Gos).
4. The accounts of qualified players will be credited with a total Bonus Dollar amount by 12:00 GMT on the Wednesday subsequent to the relevant qualifying Tuesday. The total Bonus Dollar amount is determined by the total cash amount won/lost by the player during the relevant qualifying Tuesday. Bonus Dollar amounts will be credited in increments of $10. A Bonus Dollar amount of $10 will be credited as a result of any cash amount less than $10 that is won/lost.
5. Rake and tournament fees paid do not count towards the determination of the total Bonus Dollar amount.
6. As a result of any individual qualifying Tuesday, a maximum total Bonus Dollar amount of $1,000 can be credited to the account of any individual player.
7. In order to redeem Bonus Dollars credited as a result of Guaranteed Bonus Tuesdays, players must accumulate Merit Points. For every 1,200 points accumulated subsequent to Bonus Dollars being credited, a cash instalment of $10 will be released to the player’s account. Further instalments will be released until all Bonus Dollars are redeemed.
8. Only Merit Points accumulated on real money cash tables and in real money tournaments count towards redemption of Bonus Dollars. Merit Points gained by any other method do not count towards Bonus Dollar redemption.
9. Bonus Dollars must be redeemed by 23:59 GMT on the Tuesday after they are credited. After this time all unredeemed Bonus Dollars will expire.
10. Should a player be credited with Bonus Dollars as a result of Guaranteed Bonus Tuesdays when they already have a New Player Bonus and/or Reload Bonus either active or pending in their account, the existing bonus or bonuses will take precedence. Once redemption of the existing bonus or bonuses is complete, the Bonus Dollars credited as a result of Guaranteed Bonus Tuesdays will become active.
11. Only one Bonus Dollar amount will be credited to the account of any player as a result of any individual qualifying Tuesday.
12. This promotion is available to genuine players only. Any players who attempt to abuse the promotion in whatever manner may be removed from the promotion. For bet365 to make such a determination is at their absolute discretion.
13. Merit Point accumulation is available to genuine players only. Any player who is deemed to be strategizing in order to abuse the Merit Point accumulation system may have the value of any accumulated Merit Points reduced or removed. For bet365 to make such a determination is at their absolute discretion.
14. bet365 reserves the right to refuse payment to any player who is found colluding or slow playing.
15. Where a player's account is frozen or they are excluded from the poker room for whatever reason, the player will be removed from all aspects of this promotion and any Merit Points, VIP Rewards, Tournament Tokens, bonuses or offers will be forfeit.
16. bet365 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion in its sole discretion.
17. All decisions made by bet365 Management regarding this promotion are final.
