1. Steps Tournaments will appear in the Steps Promotion section of the poker lobby until 23:59 GMT on 31st May 2012.
2. All bet365 players are eligible to enter Steps Tournaments at any Step. The buy-in for each Step is stated in the Tournament Details table above.
3. Prizes will be awarded in all Steps Tournaments as stated in the Tournament Details table above. Tournament Tokens may be used for entry to the specified Steps Tournament or certain alternative Scheduled tournaments. Contact Us for details of available alternative tournaments.
4. Tournament Tokens for entry to Steps Tournaments at any Step are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
5. Merit Points are not awarded as a result of entering any tournament using a Tournament Token. Only tournaments entered with a cash buy-in qualify for the award of Merit Points.
6. Players are disqualified from all participation in Steps Tournaments if they are found to be entering the same Steps Tournament using more than one account. Tournament Tokens for entry to Steps Tournaments will be removed from any accounts used by such players and these accounts will be frozen.
7. Any prize/bonus amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency multiplier table as determined at the sole discretion of bet365.
8. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition bet365 reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
9. All bet365 offers are intended for recreational players and bet365 may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.

All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, NETeller etc), and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion. Offers only apply to customers who have made an actual/real money deposit with bet365.
11. bet365 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.
12. bet365 reserve the right to use first names, nicknames and/or alias in any announcements about tournament results, recipients of any promotional bonus and Progressive Jackpot winners.
13. Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
14. bet365 reserves the right to refuse payment to any player who is found colluding or slow playing. In addition, where a player's account is frozen or they are excluded from the poker room for whatever reason, the player will be removed from all aspects of this promotion.
